Carolyn Hart is a seasoned lawyer with more than twenty five years experience in labour and employment litigation. Carolyn regularly appears before the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, the Ontario Labour Relations Board, the Canada Industrial Relations Board, Coroner’s Inquests and in court.
In recent years, Carolyn has expanded her practice to include estate planning services, such as wills, powers of attorney, trusts and applications for probate, employment law and residential real estate. Carolyn is a member of the Advocacy Center for the Elderly and offers free educational seminars to seniors on topics such as guarding against abuse.
